Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We offer returns and refunds within 5 days of purchase. However, please note that returns are not available for gift card codes that have already been viewed or used. A refund can only be issued if the code was invalid or non-functional due to an error on our part.
If you have received a code that is not working or invalid, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate and process your refund if the issue is confirmed to be due to a system error or invalid code.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds are only available for unviewed codes or codes that are invalid due to our error.
