By accessing and using Regiftee, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Purchase gift cards for fraudulent purposes

3. Products and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product information and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Gift Card Delivery

Digital gift cards are typically delivered via email within 4 hours of purchase. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours for security verification. We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses provided by customers.

6. Gift Card Terms

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective merchant. Returns and refunds are available within 5 days of purchase, but only for unviewed codes or codes that are invalid due to errors on our part.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

We offer returns and refunds within 5 days of purchase. However, returns are not available for gift card codes that have already been viewed or used. A refund can only be issued if the code was invalid or non-functional due to an error on our part or a system error. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regiftee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
